JOB Migraine! :-<

Read the title as Job 'Migration'? well, read it again.. I meant Migraine.. no.. I didnt make a spelling mistake n am not trying to cover it up.. I did mean Migraine.. The Head Ache called 'Job Migration.. ' >-P

Well, tell me about it...Running a well oiled , well running business is itself not so easy a task... Trying to set up something one your own! trying to run it.. :-O please don make me cry...

My 'company' has 3 staff.
one -me no 1(read it as number one, not No-one)
two- my friend no 2,
three-amy friend no 3...

today this no 3 says he's got an call from another company... now I know how the HRs feel when my friends quit their job n jump to a different company for as much as an extra scoop of icecream on their lunch.. :-p

... atleast those companies have a million resume's of jobless/jobful-but-ready -to-jump/ready to work for 25 hrs per day/No-intention-of-working-after-joining , candidates stacked up next to their trash can to replace these flying angels.. but me? :-p

....Its my fault.. yup.. the guy got call for the job interview a few weeks ago.. around new year..It was christmas season.. n I didnt have much of projects anyway.. n I told him he cld go since the pay there was like 4 thousands higher than wat I can give him for the next few months.. n the guy has a a family of 3 dependants.. his dad, mom n a sister who's studying.. so I was wilin to let him go , n in fact happy for him... he attended interview n was asked to wait... he came back.. Never heard from dem...I said ok.. no probs.. forget them.. lets get busy...

....but now... We're half way into 3 projects... they call back suddenly out of nowhere... n if he
quits now.. jeeez...

Its ok.. well actually... I feel I shouldnt stop de guy.. after all he has a family which needs de money... இருந்தாலும்... 'எங்கிருந்தாலும் வாழ்க'னு.. பாட நா என்ன AVM.ராஜனா?

Apply now..(ya, I am talking to YOU... cos from what i see, if u're having enough Time and Patience to read MY blog.. u must be reallllly JOBLESS, ABSLUTELY desperate with NOTHING to do......... so... ) apply with ur resume's immediately... job is urs!!!
